Worst place ever!!! The owner of this easy home Todd is very rude!! Went in on a Monday was supposed to have a whole bedroom set that came off the truck that day be delivered to me on Thursday. Called everyday to check to make sure it was coming Thursday and no changes Todd reassured me it will be to my house Thursday. Thursday I called and Kevin another worker told me they can't deliver the set because they don't have all the pieces. Told him my set came in on Monday he told me. No! So I went to Aaron's in Hudson falls,ny and got everything I wanted in about 10 minutes!!!
A great place for rent to own .. Every employee I have dealt with has been easy and accomodating. I have rented a few items and have never had an issue with any part of the process. Even when I sent my TV back for a service. It was easy and painless. Kudos to them keep up the good work.
