I've been in insurance for more years than I'd like to admit. There is a fine line between an agent and a good agent. There is a big gap between a good one and a great one and Nancy fits that bill. I would highly recommend Nancy and her staff to anyone seeking insurance. Although they are probably as skilled as most folks in the industry, their customer service is what keeps me a solid customer! For Example: Two years ago I was out of state, and while sitting at a traffic light in my car, I was hit from behind. Immediately after contacting Nancy, she and her staff acted aggressive with getting the police report and they ensured I was getting all the necessary support I needed.
PS... I'm amazed at the number of customers who stop in Nancy's office to simply say, "hi".
