It is awesome to see how Phyllis and Taylor interact with the public. They are polite, positive, passionate and knowledgeable. It is amazing how they deal with difficult people. They have more patience then I would. It is a pleasure to do business with them!
Exceptional value for cost. I had a storage unit here for a few months while preparing to move across the country. The unit was clean, dry, and odor-free. Access was always easy but also secure. Phyllis is professional, very competent, and so friendly and helpful. She's always ready to work with you to fulfill your storage needs and to follow up with you whenever needed; she monitors payments and notifies you if your automatic credit card payment has been delayed (e.g. if you get a new card and haven't updated your payment method), and makes sure that there's no interruption in service for you. I always felt confident that my belongings were in good hands. She makes the rounds to ensure that everything is shipshape and secure, and any activity on the grounds is monitored.
Phyllis is awesome. She stayed 25minutes late to accommodate my storage needs. Once showed up she gave me a tour of the facility and made the Renting process quick and easy. Recommend this storage facility 100%
