There’s truly no place in Saratoga like SCS! Everyone is beyond friendly and welcoming. From the moment you walk into the studio, you feel as if you’ve been coming there for years and you’re working out with family! It’s an amazing thing to do great things for yourself and hang out with great people at the same time.

Allison is a great trainer. Listens to your history, your needs but motivates at the same time with constant positive reinforcement. Like working out with a girlfriend who knows what she is doing!
I love that I was comfortable being there. I didn't feel pressured to keep up with everyone else around me. I was able to push myself when I was ready but slow down if I needed. I like how clean everything is and how friendly everyone seems to be. I have already recommended numerous friends join me in my next class.
